Class Action Against Optimum (Shoppers Drug Mart) in Relation to the Optimum Fidelity Program Unilateral Changes

In July 2010, Pharmaprix (Shoppers Drug Mart) unilateraly modified the Optimum fidelity program, thus reducing the exchange value of already accumulated Optimum points.
