•April 1997: Motion for Authorization of the Class Action •February 2008: Hearing of the Motion for Authorization •March 2009: Judgment authorizing the bringing of the Class action •September 2009: Canwest Global Communications Corp. filed for protection from its creditors under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act in the Superior Court of Ontario («CCAA Proceedings») •November 2009:ERDC filed a claim against Canwest Global Communications Corp. in the CCAA Proceedings in Ontario •January 2010: Canwest Publishing inc./ Publication Canwest inc. filed for protection from their creditors under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act in the Superior Court of Ontario («CCAA Proceedings») •May 2010: ERDC filed a claim against Canwest Publishing inc./ Publication Canwest inc. in the CCAA Proceedings in Ontario •June 2010:Approbation of the Notice to Members •June 18, 2010: Hearing for Court approval of two settlements with some of the defendants in the Class Action.
