Notice to Members – President’s Choice Bank and Bank of Nova Scotia

A settlement has been concluded, subject to the approval of the Court, between Option consommateurs, the Bank of Nova Scotia and President’s Choice Bank (collectively the “Banks”) in the context of a class action launched by Option consommateurs against the Banks regarding the calculation of fees applied to certain transactions involving a credit card, namely the over-the-limit fees and the cash advance fees.
A hearing will take place at the Court house of Montreal on October 26th 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in room 2.08 to obtain the approval of the Settlement Agreement in the class action. Please read the documents below.
