Class action against Mercedes-Benz: the application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada was dismissed

On September 21st, 2017, the Supreme Court of Canada dismissed the application for leave to appeal filed on April 23rd, 2017 by Sylvestre Painchaud et Associés on behalf of Mr. Nadeau. This decision unfortunately marks the end of the class action. Please refer to our website or communicate with us for more information.
