Class action against the Department of Transportation for its negligence in constructing or maintaining an adequate roadway, causing extensive flooding in Sunny Bank, as on December 15, 2010.

The class action aims to compensate property owners located in Sunny Bank and anyone residing in Sunny Bank as of the December 15, 2010 floods. The action also aims to force the State to carry out work on the bridge crossing the York River to avoid further flooding.
