Group description

Any consumer holder of a Canadian Tire Bank credit card and who have, since October 1st, 2001, paid fees for cash advances for transactions in Canada or abroad.

Notice to Members - Canadian Tire Bank

A settlement has been reached, subject to Court approval, between Option consommateurs, the designated person and Canadian Tire Bank (the “Bank”) in a class action instituted by Option consommateurs against the Bank in respect of practices that relate to cash advance fees. A hearing will take place at the Court house of Montreal on September 7th 2016 at 9h30 in room 2.08 to obtain the approval of the Settlement Agreement in the class action.
