Class action description
This class action alleges that ebooks publishers Hachette, Harper Collins, MacMillen, Penguin and Simon & Schuster (the Respondent Publishers) conspired with Apple to fix ebooks prices in Canada since Apple’s Ipad launch in April 2010.
The deadline for submitting a claim was September 23, 2024. The claims submission period is now closed.

All Quebec residents who purchased, since April 1, 2010, an ebook published by one of the Respondent Publishers.
