Novembre 17th, 2005 : Judgment on the motion for authorization to institute a class action October 23th, 2012: Agreement in principle with 4 of 19 sued insurance companies December 18th, 2012: Judgment approving the settlement agreement with Intact Insurance September 2nd, 2014: Judgment approving settlement 15 defendants September 9th, 2015: Judgment closing Intact July 4th, 2016: Judgment closing 15 defendants.
