ALLSTATE imposed major changes to the employment contracts of its agents, amounting to a constructive dismissal.
Group description
All persons who were agents in Quebec for ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY on July 24, 2007, who were advised by the latter of the establishment of a new business strategy” changing “the structure of the agencies” as of September 1, 2007 and who left their employment before September 1, 2009 as a result of this implementation.
