On October 25, 2024, the Ontario Court of Justice approved the Settlement Agreement.
Group description
All persons risiding in the province of Quebec, who were implanted with a Biomet M2a 38, M2a Magnum or ReCap femoral resurfacing system implanted as a metal-on-metal hip prosthesis system.
