AMERICAN EXPRESS Any consumer holder of a an American Express card who have paid, since July 18, 2000, credit charges without the benefit of a 21 day grace period in which to pay their monthly instalments, as set out in the Consumer Protection Act CITIBANK Any consumer holder of a credit card from RBC, MBNA Canada or Citibank Canada and, since August 2nd , 2000, have paid credit charges without the benefit of a 21 day grace period in which to pay their monthly instalments, as prescribed in the Consumer Protection Act
