Class action description
Claimant alleged that TicketMaster and TicketsNow conspired to give the impression that tickets for venues were sold out on the primary market, thus artificially hiking prices of tickets on the secondary markets.

Toutes les personnes physiques qui, entre le 19 février 2006 et le 25 septembre 2012, ont acheté des billets sur www.ticketsnow.com pour des événements ayant eu lieu au Québec.
Membres :
All physical persons who, from February 19th, 2006 to September 25th, 2012, purchased a ticket on www.ticketsnow.com for a venue that occured in Quebec.
Note: The transaction provides for net reimbursements of about $ 30 per ticket purchased for Quebec events.
Chronology
The Settlement Agreement became definite and applicable on Septembre 25th, 2012; Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Settlement must do so by Decembre 27th, 2012; Cheques will start being expedited from December 28th, 2012, and all cheques will have been mailed by January 25th, 2013.
