Mr. Marcel Nadeau took a step further in advancing his claims for all quebecers stuck or having had to deal with Mercedes-Benz’s flawed M272 V6 and M273 V8 engines (failing balance shaft sprocket and timing chain tensioner sprocket). Mr. Nadeau’s lawyers, Sylvestre Painchaud et Associés,filed on April 23, 2017, a Leave to Appeal Motion before the Supreme Court of Canada.
