Action a behalf of Several carriers of breast implants containing silicone who have suffered health problems in relation with these implants.
Group description
Any person who have received one or more implants in the province of Quebec manufactured by Bristol Myers.
Chronology
1993: Action for authorization to institute a class. 1995: A settlement was reached providing the distribution of 28 million to class members in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada who suffered identified health problems. Claims may be filed until 2008.
