The Defendant, an Insurance Company, has become insolvent and unable to fulfill its obligation under Prolonged insurance contracts that I had subscribed.

All Insurance holders of Prolonged Car Insurance contracts that been not respected by the Defendant Garantie Universelle Ltée.
Chronology
1996: Action for authorization to institute a class. The class action was settled and the amounts of the settlement were distributed to the members of the group.
