Me Gilles Guilad Krief is a lawyer and member of the Quebec Bar since 2010. Mr. Krief has a degree in sociology (1997). He also has a Juris Doctorate and a postgraduate degree in Common Law and Transnational Law (2009).
He specializes in civil, commercial and administrative litigation, with a particular focus on labour law, real estate law, condominium law, cooperative law and not-for-profit law. Me Krief has pleaded before all judicial courts of Quebec. Since 2010, he has been involved in several class action lawsuits in the areas of consumer rights, banking institutions, financial services, environmental pollution and product liability.
Me Krief is a member of the Lord Reading Law Society and he acts as a legal advisor for several charities and not-for-profit organizations in Montreal.
