Giacomo Zucchi joined Sylvestre Painchaud et associés in 2015 after having worked for a Montreal litigation firm for two years.
He holds civil (LL.B.) and common law (J.D.) degrees from Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law, as well as a B.A. in history from McGill University.
His practice is primarily focused on civil and commercial litigation as well as class actions. He is particularly interested in Constitutional Law and is sometimes responsible for defending clients in criminal cases. He has argued before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec and several administrative tribunals.
