Class Action Regarding Price Fixing Practices in the Ebooks Industry (Livrels/ Ebooks)

State of class action

HEARING POSTPONED

The hearing scheduled for December 14, 2022 on the approval of the eBooks price-fixing class action settlement has been postponed to a date to be determined, likely to be held in late January 2023. This postponement is due to the adjournment until January 13, 2023 of the hearing held in Ontario on November 30, 2022. Once the hearing is completed in Ontario, where the national class action is active, a hearing date will be set for the Quebec hearing. This new date will be published on our website and on that of the claims administrator, which we invite you to visit starting January 14, 2023.
