This class action against the AMT (Agence Métropolitaine de Transport) was filed following the events of January and February 2009 where recurring delays were suffered by commuters on the Dorion-Rigaud and Deux-Montagnes lines.

Group description

You are a Member of this classe action if, in January or February 2009: – You held a monthly pass (TRAIN or TRAM); – You used the AMT commuter trains weekdays between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM or between 4:00 PM and 7:00PM; and – You used the commuter trains on the Deux-Montagnes or the Dorion-Rigaud (now Vaudreuil-Hudson) line.

February 10, 2009: Filing of the Motion for authorisation of a classe action;
Septembre 3, 2010: Judgment authorising the class action;
January 27, 2011: Filing of the class action;
November 18, 2014: Judgment approving a Settlement between Mr Boyer and the AMT;
November 21, 2014: beginning of the claim period (ending March 20, 2015).
